The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our Pakenham team on a full time basis.
In this hands on role you'll work closely with our service coordinators and technicians to maintain and repair caravans to the highest standards, ensuring our customers can hit the road with confidence.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct thorough inspections of caravans to identify any issues or required maintenance
Carry out scheduled servicing and repairs, including electrical, plumbing and mechanical work
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems to ensure caravans are roadworthy and functioning correctly
Maintain detailed records of all work completed and parts used
Communicate effectively with clients, providing transparent updates and excellent customer service
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
What We're Looking For
Relevant trade qualifications in caravan servicing or a related automotive field (desired)
Extensive experience (3+ years) as a Caravan Service Technician or in a similar role
Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of caravan issues
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work
Effective communication and customer service skills
A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of caravan servicing equipment
