Project Leadership Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of diverse civil construction projects across NSW. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, progress, and delivery in collaboration with Construction and Site Managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee project planning, progress, and delivery
* Manage procurement, subcontractors, and compliance
* Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and timelines
* Lead client communication and deliver positive project outcomes
* Identify risks and manage contracts and variations
* Support tender submissions and build strong client and industry relationships
* Champion safety, quality, and environmental standards
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
* Proven experience in project management within the civil construction industry
* Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management skills
* Demonstrated leadership capability and excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* Current White Card and Driver Licence
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project/CRM systems
* A proactive and positive attitude
