About the Role
Our team has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
* Make a real difference in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
* Use your clinical expertise and skills to support your clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
* Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
* Provide brief evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
* Undertake a range of vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation.
