Branch Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to join our team in a permanent part-time position. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of branch administration and service administration support tasks.
About the Role
* General reception duties
* Process purchase orders and invoices
* Service workorder preparation and timely closure for all invoicing
* Warranty administration and management
* Assist in other general administration tasks
* Assist with local administration of branch vehicles
* Management of Assura WHS system records
* Compile information required for internal & external audits
Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily operations
* Manage administrative tasks
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
* High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and preparedness to go the extra mile
