Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef. Eligible for working holiday visa.
