Funeral consultants play a crucial role in supporting families during difficult times, providing expert guidance and coordination throughout the funeral arrangement process.


About the Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with families to arrange and plan personalized funeral services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Meeting with families to discuss and plan funeral arrangements
* Coordinating service details with various providers, including cemeteries, clergy, celebrants, florists, and other relevant parties
* Preparing legal documentation, bookings, and other paperwork associated with funeral services

You will also provide compassionate support and professional advice to client families from diverse backgrounds and faiths.


About You

We are seeking an experienced individual who has previously worked as a Funeral Arranger, Conductor, Director, or held a similar role. Successful applicants will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, and strong organizational abilities.
