About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, organised professional who excels in managing people, streamlining workflows, and delivering exceptional patient care. You will oversee day-to-day practice operations, coordinate clinical and administrative teams, optimise appointment and treatment scheduling, maintain compliance with dental regulations and guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is advantageous but not required.
* Prior experience as a team leader or manager in dentistry is essential.
* You must possess excellent communication skills with patients and staff alike.
* Demonstrated ability to drive business performance through effective leadership techniques would be beneficial in this role.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently while also being part of a close-knit local team working together towards common goals such as providing quality patient services that meet both their needs now along future expectations moving forward which they can easily do because there isn't much going around these days!
