We at Coforge are hiring for a Desktop Support Specialist in Brisbane with the below mentioned skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Good understanding of Laptop, desktop, software, imagining & Printers etc.
* Build and maintain good understanding stakeholder relationships.
* Understand business priorities, impact, and urgency across all areas.
* Coordinate with 3rd Party vendors for delivery of IT equipment.
* Escalate issues to vendors, and work towards resolution e.g., Kiosks, Scanners, Printers etc
ITIL
* Ensure ITIL practices are followed by team.
* Good understanding of incident management P1,P2,P3,P4
* Should know Request, changes, problem management.
* Should know the on-call process while raising the critical issues.
General
* Communication skill via phone, email, and live chat.
* Ensure that best practices and standards are followed.
* Identifying the areas of improvement and implement them within timelines.
* Initiate, demonstrate, and assume ownership of improvement areas of functionalities.
* Follow established guidelines, processes, design standards and enterprise development.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes and procedures to enhance end user experience and operational efficiency.
* Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
* Always ensure availability of end user devices.
Skills (Good to have, but need good communication)
* Understanding of ITSM process
* Understanding of Ops Ram and Service Now
* Hands on experience of Active directory, Exchange, O365 (new user ID creation) etc
