Job Description Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Oversee financial compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes effectively. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to ensure data accuracy. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business objectives within the leisure, travel, and tourism sector. Mentor and support junior team members in the accounting and finance department. The Successful Applicant A successful National Accountant should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification (or working towards one). Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and taxation laws. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
