Key Responsibilities include:
* Assisting Property Managers with ingoing & outgoing inspections when required
* Attending to routine inspections
* Assisting with the management of portfolio’s during periods of annual leave
* Managing repairs and maintenance requests
* Assisting the leasing consultant with inspections & application processing
* Relief reception
* Administration tasks
About the Candidate
Specifically, the successful candidate will require:
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence in either QLD or NSW
* Demonstrated experience with entry & exit condition reports (training will be provided)
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Property Tree or similar)
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
* Current driver's licence and reliable car
