Job Description - Forklift Operator - Afternoon Shift (WAR00001227)
Join our established and growing team as a Forklift Operator at our Sydney depot. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for moving our freight with a focus on safely loading and unloading tautliner body trucks and trailers. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual with proven experience in loading multiple trailers. Full-time and casual positions are available, and we’re looking for someone ready to contribute to our team immediately.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Efficiently and safely load general freight from body trucks and trailers
* Work on the Evening Shift (Monday to Friday, 3:30PM start time)
* Ensure trailers are maximised for linehaul transportation
* Maintain a steady work pace to meet departure times and maintain accuracy
* Adhere to established safety standards and guidelines

What You Need:
* Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced role
* Ability to maximise trailers to full utilisation
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow existing processes and procedures
* Ability to pass a criminal history check
