About the RoleThe English Coordinator leads the English faculty while maintaining a regular teaching load. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of the English curriculum, promoting evidence-based teaching practices, and supporting staff in deepening their understanding of the Catalyst approach. The English Coordinator fosters a shared commitment to improving student literacy outcomes and leads collaborative planning and assessment processes to meet the diverse needs of learners.
