Orpheus is an all-inclusive, private island lodge accommodating just 28 guests with only 14 rooms, suites, and villas across 11km of pristine turquoise coastline, offering a secluded tropical paradise. 
We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. 
To be considered, you should have: 
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in various cooking techniques and styles. 
- Experience in creating daily changing menus. 
- A supportive and strong team player. 
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure. 
- The ability to cater for dietary requirements without compromising enjoyment. 
- A reliable and flexible attitude. 
- Strong communication skills and ease in engaging with guests daily. 
Skills & requirements 
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar standard kitchen. 
- Proficiency in all cooking techniques and styles. 
- Experience with daily changing menus is preferred. 
- Ability to work autonomously. 
- Supportive team spirit. 
- Excellent time management and organisational skills. 
- Flexible approach. 
Responsibilities 
- Maintain consistency and high quality in taste, presentation, and suitable food for guests at a luxury lodge. 
- Prepare hot and cold foods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 
- Collaborate effectively with all departments of the lodge.
