We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Officer to join a high-performing team in Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with 2–5 years’ experience who is looking to further develop their career in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help deliver engaging marketing campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Create engaging content for social media, website, email marketing, and promotional materials
* Assist with brand management and ensure consistency across all communications
* Coordinate marketing collateral, presentations, and corporate communications
* Support the planning and delivery of events, sponsorships, and promotional activities
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget
* Maintain and update website and digital content as required
* Assist with lead generation and customer engagement activities

About You
* 2–5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
* Experience with design tools, CRM systems, or marketing platforms will be highly regarded
* Adobe Suite - desirable
