Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across all aspects for the CEO.

* Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Assist with the CEO's personal matters as required.

* Participate in business development activities, attending client meetings and events.

* Manage company and personal social media accounts, including all postings and updates.

* Handle videography, photography, and b-roll, preparing content for social media.

* Provide copywriting and dubbing assistance to meet company needs.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives.

* Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
