What’s Involved Produce clean, efficient, well structured code that meets team standards and requirements. Code is readable, documented, version controlled, and passes static analysis, unit testing, and manual testing before deployment. Troubleshoot, debug, and modernise existing systems, including working with legacy technology stacks and planning effective migration paths. Contribute to current projects and proactively recommend improvements as issues or opportunities arise. Work autonomously and engage confidently with stakeholders, gathering requirements, taking initiative to solve complex problems, and presenting or implementing appropriate technical solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, supporting developers at all levels and contributing to the design of robust, scalable solutions to ongoing technical challenges You’ll Need Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT (ie.
