Currently, we are seeking a
**Team Lead **for our Construction division based in
**Sydney.**
**About You**
**You must have experience in 360 Construction **(or similar)
**recruitment, within an agency background.**
**The Role**
We have a healthy, warm desk ready for someone to take control of and make their own. There is plenty of strong incoming work with great potential, including expanding the current team of 3 Recruiters which will work under you.
You will develop, lead, and manage the construction / trades recruitment for the Sydney team. This includes;
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure best business practices
- Identify and qualify business development opportunities for you and your team
- Manage your team of 3 current Recruiters and aim for career progression
- Typical 360 Recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, client interviews, etc)
