With continued growth in their Melbourne operations, the business is now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile D&C commercial fit-out projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team working with some of the country’s most recognisable clients.
The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring project success through excellent delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing end-to-end project delivery across multiple commercial fit-out projects.
* Leading and coordinating internal teams and external consultants, designers, and subcontractors.
* Managing project budgets, timelines, procurement, and reporting.
* Driving quality outcomes and maintaining compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.
* Building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.
* Identifying potential risks and resolving issues proactively.
About You:
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design or similar.
* 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within D&C commercial interiors.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
* Confident using project management software and systems.
* Solutions-focused with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
