This is a specialist coordination role, supporting the administration of employee visa matters across a large, fast-moving national hospitality business.**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**• Coordinate day-to-day administration of visa and mobility cases • Collate and review employee, venue, and business documents for completeness • Respond to first-line employee and venue queries regarding process, required documentation, and next steps • Liaise with immigration lawyers and registered migration agents • Support internal approvals and case readiness prior to formal submission • Assist with drafting nomination forms, templates, and supporting information packs • Maintain accurate trackers, records, and workflow reporting • Contribute to process improvements, FAQs, and standard documentation**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**• Proven administration or coordination experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organisational capability • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder follow-up • Professional discretion and confidence handling sensitive information • Experience in HR operations, mobility, legal administration, compliance, or visa support will be highly regarded**WHY JOIN AVC:**• Opportunity to build specialist experience in mobility and visa operations • Exposure to complex, business-critical work within a national hospitality business • Collaborative central support environment with strong operational impact • A role with genuine progression potential as AVC's mobility function continues to evolve**APPLICATION NOTES:**• This role provides administrative and coordination support to AVC's mobility function • It does not provide immigration or legal advice • Complex matters are escalated to the Mobility Manager and AVC's appointed external providersMake your career one to remember at Aus Venue Co.
