Our People & Culture team partners closely with leaders and employees across the business to support the full employee lifecycle, workforce capability, compliance and employee experience. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised and detail-focused People & Culture Administrator to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role provides administrative support across a broad range of People & Culture activities to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of core HR processes across the organisation.
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting areas such as recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, HR systems administration, compliance tracking, employee documentation and general P&C administration.
Working closely with the broader P&C team, leaders and employees across the business, the role contributes to a positive employee experience through responsive, professional and accurate support.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys administration, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and enjoys supporting people and processes behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes and offboarding
* Maintain HR systems and employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Coordinate recruitment administration including advertising, interview scheduling, phone screening and onboarding preparation
* Manage the P&C inbox and respond to general employee enquiries
* Support compliance administration including tracking clearances and employee documentation
* Prepare employment documentation including contracts, variations and letters under guidance
* Maintain reports, trackers and documentation with a high level of accuracy
* Support P&C projects, engagement initiatives and team activities
* Assist with process improvements and maintaining templates, workflows and documentation
About You
* Previous experience in a HR administration, recruitment coordination or administrative support role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence working with systems, data and documentation
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A professional, approachable and team-focused attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on tasks
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism
* Experience with HR systems such as Employment Hero will be highly regarded
