Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. This role focuses on providing short-term case management and psycho-educational programs for children and young people aged 6–18 years, as well as supporting families to manage emotional and social challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide program participants with short-term case management in line with FRRP guidelines.
* Facilitate psycho-educational programs for children and young people aged 6–18 years.
* Deliver ongoing support to individuals, families and groups to help manage emotional and social challenges.
* Maintain accurate records, data collation, and reporting in compliance with organisational and contractual standards.
* Build Centacare NENW's capacity through partnerships with government agencies, community organisations and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in welfare or related fields and/or extensive experience working with families with complex needs.
* Experience in case management and program delivery, including development, implementation and evaluation.
* Ability to engage with complex families and deliver effective support.
* Experience working with Aboriginal and CALD communities.
* Strong relationship‑building skills with multi‑faceted services.
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel regularly (including overnight stays).
