Role Responsibilities
Maximize sales and ensure seamless store operations
Foster a positive, engaging environment for the team
Qualifications and Experience
Retail management experience
Proven leadership and customer service skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Skills in training, sales driving, and results achievement
Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and financial reporting
Preferred Attributes
Passion for the outdoors or travel (not essential but preferable)
