Richmond
As an Aircraft Surface Finisher, you will work as part of our Richmond Maintenance team in providing aerospace painting services of both composite and metallic components in support of the C-130J Hercules. You will be primarily responsible for performing painting activities while supporting operational units in industry‐specific tasks such as surface finish work on components, advanced structural repair, and aircraft or component repairs or modifications.

The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role would include:
* Certificate III in Aircraft Surface Finisher
* Experience in painting composite and metallic aircraft and components
* Experience in aircraft maintenance preferred but equivalent industry painting experience will be considered, component maintenance and/or manufacturing processes
* Knowledge of, and ability to apply, relevant regulations, standards, policies and procedures
* Good hand skills with materials and hand tools.
* Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and drawings
* Good written and verbal communication skills
