The Venue
The Farmers Home Hotel has been a favourite amongst Wagga Wagga residents since it was first established in 1856.
It is the second oldest Wagga pub still trading on its original premises.
The fantastic service and cosy nature of the hotel helps create a unique and welcoming atmosphere.
The Role
As the Licensee, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team at the Farmers Home Hotel to deliver a friendly customer experience to a mixture of local and travellers at this unique hotel.
The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the operations, including the bar, dining, kitchen, events and gaming. We are looking for an experienced licensee or venue manager who is committed to taking ownership of the team and venue with a focus on connecting with the community.
Who You Are
You will be an experienced leader who is passionate about operating in a fast-paced environment with a great team.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have at least 2 years' experience as a licensee or venue manager or similar role in hotels.
* Proven experience in driving a high-performing culture, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
* Be passionate about leading and developing a team.
* Be a strong, commercially minded hospitality leader.
What We Offer
The successful candidate will be offered a package to ensure they are looked after now and into the future. This includes:
* Salary package up to $100,000 per annum.
* Quarterly performance bonus.

* The option for short accommodation to get settled in Wagga Wagga.
This full-time position is based in Wagga Wagga.
