I-MED Radiology Network's team of over 4,000 people is united by the vision to help save lives and reduce uncertainty. Our clinic in Shepparton is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a full‐time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 7.6‐hour shifts.
What will you be doing?
* Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
* Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
* Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Our Ideal Candidate
* Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential).
* Customer service/administration experience.
* Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
