Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front and back-of-house.
* Draft and manage staff rosters, balancing customer satisfaction and budget constraints.
* Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
* Optimize table floor plans and manage guest bookings.
* Implement measures to reduce waste and enhance profitability.
* Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff training.
* Maintain the venue's atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness and ambiance.
* Foster relationships with regular guests and enhance community engagement.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize costs.
* Oversee the beverage program and drive increased sales.
About the Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role within a fine dining environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
