District Project and Construction Manager (Health Manager Level 4) - Capital Infrastructure and Engineering

Remuneration: $141,974 - $169,151 per annum + Annual Leave Loading + Superannuation

The District Project and Construction Manager assists and is responsible as directed, with the day to day project management of capital works projects up to $10 million for the LHD. The position assists in managing the activities of stakeholders to ensure allocated capital projects are fit-for-purpose and pose the least disruption to clinical and other services through ensuring broad collaboration in planning.

Ideal Candidate
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in building or project management in a healthcare environment.
- Working knowledge and experience in leading capital project delivery.
- Excellent planning skills including expert level knowledge of design processes and facility planning in a health care service, preferably with experience working within the Ministry of Health Process of Facility Planning.
- High level report writing skills especially in the production of detailed technical reports and briefs regarding capital infrastructure procurement and the ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and project management software associated with the delivery of capital infrastructure projects.
- Holds a current NSW driver licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
