Job Title: Lifeguard
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, friendly lifeguards to join the team. Lifeguards will manage day‐to‐day pool operations within the facility and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons.
Responsibilities
• Ensure a safe environment within and around the pool.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with patrons of diverse ages, abilities, cultures and needs.• Work mornings, evenings and weekends as required.• Perform duty in accordance with OHS and public safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within the facility.
* Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate.
* National Police Check.
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
* Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded (not essential).
* Current Pool Operations Certificate highly regarded (not essential).

Multiple casual positions are available, with the possibility to move to part‐time and full‐time roles for the right employees. Commitment and flexibility to weekends and increased hours during peak seasons will be rewarded and recognised.
