As we move into our new studio at HQ78 in Alexandria, we are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager with graphic design experience to join our growing, female-led team of six.
This role is suited to someone ambitious, creatively driven, highly organised, and excited by the opportunity to grow inside a fast-evolving fashion house with a global outlook.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for shaping the brand's digital presence across all social platforms, supporting content production for campaigns and e-commerce, and ensuring flawless organisation of our digital assets. This position combines aesthetic sensitivity with operational discipline.
Working closely with both the Creative Director and Art Director, you'll gain firsthand insight into brand-building, design, and creative direction. You will also work with an external digital marketing consulting agency, gaining exposure in e-commerce and digital strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Asset & File Management
* Organise, name and archive all photo and video assets from every shoot
* Maintain and regularly restructure our Google Drive ecosystem for clarity, efficiency and long‑term use
* Ensure content libraries remain up‑to‑date, properly tagged and ready for quick retrieval
Social Media Management
* Manage planning, posting, scheduling and analysis for all social channels
* Identify and propose culturally relevant storytelling opportunities to elevate brand presence
* Engage with stylists, media, influencers and our broader brand community
Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
* Develop, shoot and edit brand aligned content for social media (fittings, BTS, storytelling)
* Assist with campaign and lookbook/e‑commerce shoots
* Maintain visual cohesion across all digital touchpoints
Graphic Design
* Produce layouts for campaigns, lookbooks, EDMs, digital ads and brand collateral
* Uphold high standards in typography, composition and brand identity
Brand & Marketing Support
* Execute monthly content calendars aligned with product drops, editorials and campaign rollouts.
* Assist with PR needs, stockist deliverables, and website updates
* Support the team during events, pop‑ups, appointments and market weeks
ABOUT YOU
You will thrive in this role if you are:
* Highly visual with strong aesthetic awareness
* A fast learner who enjoys both creativity and structured workflow
* Skilled in photography/videography and adept at editing short‑form content
* Experienced (2‑4 years) in social media, content creation and/or graphic design (preferably in fashion, luxury or creative industries)
* Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
* Highly organised with strong systems‑thinking and file management abilities
* Enthusiastic about fashion, culture, and digital platforms
