Skills And Experiences
Extensive project management experienceThe talent for uniting and inspiring geographically diverse teamsFamiliarity with implementing Change Programs for the Microsoft Product suite including CE365, FinOps, Teams, SharePointChange management certifications (e.g. PROCI) is favourableHuman Centred Design (HCD) skills preferredMentoring junior colleagues

Leading organisational design to maximise effectiveness and mitigate risksDeveloping and maintaining strong client stakeholder relationships positioning the organisation into "Trusted Advisor" statusDeveloping and orchestrating Change Strategies and Plans for large scale technology projects and programsCreating guidelines and enforcing procedures and standards related to content development and implementationDeveloping and executing effective Communication strategiesDeveloping and delivering strategic training plans to prepare individuals for successLeading clients through transformational change and supporting business prioritiesContributing to the internal capability of Avanade's OCM practice by sharing learnings, developing content, mentoring junior colleagues and crafting compelling proposal responses
