About the Role
You will play an integral role in ensuring our business runs smoothly by managing contracts, compliance, data, and administrative processes with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and managing contracts and documentation
* Handling solicitor correspondence
* Managing Form 6 documentation and compliance requirements
* Data & Lead Management
* Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative tasks
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
✔ Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
✔ Process-driven and highly accurate in their work
✔ Confident managing compliance and documentation
✔ Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
✔ Experienced in real estate administration (preferred but not essential)
✔ Comfortable working with systems, data, and reporting
