ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As Designer – Review, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the women's collection, with a strong focus on dresses and eveningwear. Reporting to the Head of Design, you'll be responsible for end-to-end design and development, from concept through to delivery, ensuring each range aligns with Review's brand DNA, commercial objectives and customer expectations. Working closely with design, merchandising, production and garment technology, you'll help deliver beautifully designed, market-right collections that achieve sales, margin and brand goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Designing and developing Review's coats, dresses and soft dressing ranges, from concept through to delivery
* Translating seasonal mood direction into compelling silhouettes, fabrications and finished garments
* Driving creativity within defined option plans, ensuring ranges feel fresh, feminine and modern
* Demonstrating strong fabric and construction knowledge to guide offshore suppliers toward the best achievable outcomes within cost parameters
* Creating Illustrator sketches, range boards and supporting materials for range reviews and buys
* Sourcing and developing woven fabrics and trims that elevate hand-feel, drape and overall quality
* Working closely with suppliers, mills and factories throughout sampling and development
* Partnering with QA and Garment Tech to drive fit, construction and workmanship standards
* Preparing detailed handover packs and managing critical path milestones
* Communicating design changes clearly across Production, Planning and Buying teams
* Reviewing weekly sales performance to inform future design decisions

ABOUT YOU

* Deep understanding of woven fabrics, drape, construction and fit
* A design-led background with the confidence to influence silhouette and fabric direction — not just execute

* Ready for a role that offers growth, increased ownership and future progression
