The Role
Due to the growth within our Real Estate Division, we are seeking a bi-lingual Property Manager to join our growing Queensland Team. The role will be reporting to the Migration Director - Real Estate and will assist with the existing rent roll of 100+ properties and its' continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and communicate with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople;
- Acquisition of rental properties;
- Complete Managing Agency Agreements;
- Prepare and advertise available rental properties;
- Respond to rental enquiries;
- Organise inspections with potential tenants;
- Ensure all Residential Tenancy Agreements are completed;
- Conduct property visits, routine inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords;
- Repair and maintenance management;
- Communicate with tenants, landlords and tradespeople;
- Complete ingoing and outgoing condition reports with relevant photos.
Skills and Experience
- Fluency in English & Mandarin is preferred - both written & verbal;
- At least 1 year of experience in Property Management;
- Agents Representative Experience;
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration;
- Excellent client relationship skills;
- Current Drivers Licence.
