* Work experience within a RTO environment will be well regarded but is not essential

Descriptions of the role:
The position of Receptionist will be supporting the Toowoomba Office in an administrative capacity. This will involve being an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the office environment, attending to reception, responding to online and email enquiries, answering phone calls, operating student management software and providing general assistance to the management team.
Daily duties will include:
* Providing reception service
* General office administration duties
* SMS database management
* Responding to and providing advice to online enquiries about courses and referrals
* Assisting with enquiries about eligibility, costs and enrolment of apprentices and trainees
* Processing payments
* Liaising with employers and placement providers
* Answer phone enquiries and direct appropriately
* Provide administrative support to other team members, including trainers, nurses and the leadership team.
