The Business Solution Design Lead plays a critical role within a major telecommunications transformation program. The role is responsible for translating business capability requirements into scalable solution designs that support the transition from legacy platforms to a modern enterprise workflow platform. Working closely with Business Capability Leads, Architecture, Network Engineering, Operational and Technical Business Analysts, this role ensures that all solutions are technically viable, aligned to network strategy, and minimise disruption to the broader technology ecosystem. A key focus of the role is identifying upstream and downstream impacts across systems, automations, applications, and data flows to ensure transformation initiatives are delivered safely and effectively.
