Cook – Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week)

We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Level 2 Cook to join our kitchen team at Riversmith in the heart of Margaret River.
You'll be working across breakfast and lunch service, supporting a small, tight-knit crew who care about good food, smooth service, and keeping things running efficiently.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years' kitchen experience in a busy café or restaurant
* Confidence across hot and cold sections – from the grill to sandwich and salad prep
* Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
* Ability to multi-task under pressure and stay organised during service
* A proactive, can-do attitude – you see what needs doing and get it done
* Team-focused energy with good communication skills
Day-to-day duties:
* Prep and service for breakfast and lunch (grill, eggs, toasties, salads, etc.)
* Sandwich and cabinet prep – slicing, portioning, plating
* Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
* Assisting with daily prep lists and closing duties
* Working closely with the FOH team to ensure smooth service
