Are you a dedicated Early Childhood Educator passionate about creating a nurturing learning environment for young children? We are seeking a talented Early Childhood Educator to join a passionate and dedicated team. Our client is seeking an Educator to work at their Whitfield service. They are flexible and can offer full-time or part-time hours across other services in the area if you are willing to travel.
North East Regional Pre School Association (NERPSA) is a small not-for-profit Early Years Management (EYM) organization based in North East Victoria. It was established in 2002 through collaboration among Early Childhood Services (ECS) in the area. NERPSA’s primary goal is to provide high-quality and inclusive Early Childhood Education throughout the North East Victoria region. This is achieved by delivering a quality educational program, employing and supporting skilled staff, fostering strong community engagement, operating sustainably, and continuously striving for best practices.
This position is eligible for incentives under the Department of Education’s 3-year-old funded Kindergarten program. You could secure up to $26,000 in relocation assistance to move to the King Valley region known for its beautiful wines and stunning scenery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Assess and document children’s learning and development
- Create a stimulating and safe learning workplace
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Qualifications
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education is essential for this role. While prior experience is preferred, we also encourage recent graduates to apply. To ensure the safety of our children, successful candidates must hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a criminal record check.
