Admin Coordinator – Newman (Part-Time)

We're looking for a local Newman-based Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a part-time role (school hours) that offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact supporting our operations in the Pilbara.
Working hours are flexible within school hours to accommodate your schedule.
What you'll do:
* Perform accurate data entry and records management
* Coordinate flights, timesheets, and purchase orders
* Support site and project mobilisation activities
* Provide general administrative support to the team
* Prepare Invoices
* Manage communications (written and verbal) in a professional and timely manner
What we're looking for:
* Newman local only – this is not a FIFO position
* Proven administration experience in a fast-paced environment
* Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and excellent time management
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Experience with ERMS, PEGASUS, and SAP (preferred but not essential)
* Australian work rights are required for this position
