They will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our healthcare applications, working closely with developers and product owners to deliver robust systems.
This role combines hands-on testing with advanced SQL and database validation, management, and maintenance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys getting deep into the data and understanding system behavior from the inside out.
The successful candidate will have a high level of initiative, good problem-solving aptitude, and be goal-orientated with excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in data reporting and analysis, with strong database design and SQL Server development skills
* Exposure to testing/QA in a software development environment
* Attention to detail and good documentation skills
* Experience testing API services and batch processes
* Strong SQL scripting skills – able to write complex queries, joins, stored procedures
* Solid experience with Database Administration and high degree of experience with Microsoft SQL Server database installation, support, and maintenance
* Experience with data visualization dashboards using Power BI or similar
* Familiarity with data-intensive systems and validating datasets
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages
