About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team and drive operational excellence across our national and international markets. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll work across key sales functions from order processing and data reporting to customer coordination and post sales support.

What You'll Do

Sales and Admin Coordination

* Process quotes, orders, and invoices across platforms like Unleashed and Xero
* Maintain sales tools, tracking documents, and CRM records
* Run weekly sales reports and record meeting minutes
* Support program rollouts, invoicing, and client onboarding

Customer Engagement and Support

* Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate delivery timelines
* Generate usage reports and maintain fleet dashboards
* Support clients post sale with service orders and troubleshooting

Team and Project Support

* Coordinate meetings, travel, and events for the sales team
* Collaborate with marketing, accounts, and production to streamline operations
* Assist with special projects, prospect lists, and sales documentation

What You'll Bring

* Experience in sales support, administration, or coordination
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Advanced Excel skills a must (you're confident with formulas, pivots, lookups, and data reporting)
* Confidence using platforms like Xero and Unleashed or similar
* Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is highly desirable
* A proactive mindset and problem solving attitude
* An interest in sustainability, innovation, and making an impact
