We are partnering with a well-established organisation undertaking a SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation. They are seeking an experienced SAP ECC 6.0 Payroll Consultant to support and optimise their current payroll environment while contributing to the transition to ECP.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support across SAP ECC 6.0 Payroll (PY)
* Perform configuration and customisation within a highly customised environment
* Manage payroll incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
* Support payroll reconciliations and ensure accuracy of outputs
* Assist with legislative changes and compliance updates
* Lead and support testing cycles, including UAT
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and the business, translating complex concepts into clear, business‐friendly language
* Work collaboratively with offshore support resources
About You
* Strong experience in SAP ECC 6.0 Payroll (PY) support and configuration
* Proven ability to work within complex, customised payroll environments
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
* Experience handling payroll legislation changes and compliance
* Strong communication skills – able to engage with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Proactive, inquisitive mindset – comfortable asking questions and driving clarity
* A collaborative approach and strong personality fit for a close‐knit team
Nice to Have
* Exposure to or interest in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
* Experience working alongside offshore teams
