What You'll Do
* Own and drive new business sales in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Identify, engage, and close net-new opportunities in your assigned territory.
* Run strategic sales campaigns focused on solving customer pain points.
* Act as a trusted advisor, mastering Bindplane's cutting‐edge observability solutions to drive business outcomes.
* Manage multiple sales cycles with 10-20 active opportunities per quarter while navigating long‐term strategic deals.
* Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel Partners to expand pipeline opportunities.
* Leverage partnerships and personal networks to generate leads and grow revenue.
* Attend key industry events, trade shows, and on‐site meetings to build brand presence and customer relationships.
What You Bring to the Table
* 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in observability, monitoring, or data management (required).
* Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth in mid‐market or enterprise accounts.
* Strong understanding of complex technical sales cycles and the ability to communicate value at both technical and executive levels.
* Self‐starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‐moving startup environment.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving urgency in sales cycles.
* Proficiency with CRM tools, sales automation, and pipeline management.
