About the Role: Incredible opportunity to join a leading player in Australia’s entertainment landscape. We’re seeking a highly strategic yet hands-on Digital Performance Lead to drive digital acquisition across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels—with a relentless focus on accelerating subscription growth. In this role, you’ll take ownership of performance strategy, champion a culture of experimentation, and build powerful publisher and creator partnerships. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and commercial strategy to ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact and aligns with long-term growth ambitions. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead search, social, and affiliate strategies that deliver measurable subscriber growth, balancing experimentation, efficiency, and brand impact. Identify, activate, and scale creators and influencers across entertainment and sport to drive engagement and conversions. Drive a rigorous test-and-learn agenda, including A/B and multi-variant testing, while partnering with analytics teams on attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modelling. Own and grow premium publisher relationships, negotiating first-to-market opportunities, value-added deals, and optimising affiliate networks. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, planning, analytics, and agency partners to deliver insight-led campaigns. Lead social performance campaigns end-to-end, including creative testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimisation. Set the benchmark for performance marketing excellence, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Key Skills Required: 6 years’ experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels. Experience within subscription-based, media, entertainment, or direct-to-consumer environments is highly regarded. Proven success running experimentation-led campaigns with measurable outcomes. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing publisher relationships and negotiating premium opportunities. Advanced analytical capability across measurement frameworks, reporting, forecasting, and budget management. Ability to translate complex performance data into compelling narratives for senior audiences. A curious, creative, and analytical mindset with a strong test-and-learn approach.
