The Role: Bring your Category Management expertise to shape exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue and category profit growth. As a convenience category specialist, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an optimised customer journey and take ownership of category planning and ranging, pricing and promotions, supplier relationship management, and negotiation. What You’ll Do: ✅ Drive growth in revenue (including NRI & back margin) and category profit, via the use of master data analytics, customer insight and Joint Business Plans delivering growth & market share increases. ✅ Work cross functionally & collaboratively to deliver an optimised customer journey, driving customer penetration, frequency & ATV. ✅ Be accountable for inventory/working capital management to deliver KPIs. ✅ Work closely with the Assistant Category Manager to ensure business priorities are delivered in a timely & accurate manner. ✅ Maintain a solid understanding of the performance of your category and provide insightful updates to weekly meetings. ✅ From time to time, work within project teams that will deliver specific objectives within a finite time frame.
