Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support our Field Service Technicians. This role involves responding to inbound enquiries, developing business relationships with customers, prioritizing and reprioritizing jobs for Field Service Technicians, troubleshooting and diagnosing service requirements, recording interactions and maintaining accurate records, providing product information and quotations, cooperating with the compliance management system, and participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
About the Role:
* Experience handling customer enquiries, diagnosing faults, and scheduling work to service technicians is essential.
* A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and related specialist software is required.
* This position requires a high level of time management skills, ability to change and adapt, and continuous improvement.
