Job Specification
This unique hybrid role blends community pharmacy with established aged care (ACOP) services across a number of sites. In the retail setting you will provide dispensing and clinical checking services, deliver patient‐centred counselling, administer vaccinations, and offer professional services including MedsChecks and minor ailment prescribing. You will also support daily workflow and build lasting relationships with patients and families in a full‐time or permanent part‐time position.
Within aged care you will conduct medication reviews, identify medication‐related risks, support deprescribing initiatives, and optimise therapy—particularly for residents with polypharmacy. The role includes medication reconciliation, transition‐of‐care support, and clinical audits (e.g., psychotropics and PRN use).

Skills Required
* Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
* Accreditation for HMR/RMMR/ACOP.
* Experience in community, clinical services or aged/residential care.
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
* Vaccination certification and professional services experience.
Salary & Benefits
* $50/hr + Training or $55/hr + superannuation + entitlements.
* Part time or Full‐time 38‐hour week (Monday to Friday + occasional Saturday).
