Due to our continued growth in our Heavy Lift division, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing projects team based in Victoria Park, WA. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal part in growing our team to deliver heavy lift services across a wide range of projects.

This is a challenging and dynamic role within a diverse operational environment, where you will need excellent interpersonal skills to be successful. This is a full time, permanent opportunity within a growing team, with many opportunities to further develop yourself.

In this role, you will draw on your previous experience to:

* Build and lead multi-disciplinary teams (including engineering & support services) to deliver a culture of excellence in HSE, quality, productivity, operational performance and innovation to successfully deliver our projects

* Manage project commercials, budgets/project metrics, forecasting and change management

* Foster and build strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met

* Effectively manage and provide leadership to the project team

* Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention

What you will bring:

* A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety

* Proven site-based project management experience executing Heavy Lift/Crane Supply contracts for major clients in the Resources, Oil & Gas or Infrastructure sectors.

* A trade, engineering or project management qualification, with experience of managing multi-disciplinary workforces

* Proven leadership capabilities in building, developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team

* Strong contractual knowledge and acumen with proven experience in managing high value scope

* Proven understanding of the technical resources needed to successfully plan and execute crane services.

* An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods

* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructions
