Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with partner sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with partner sales agents.
2. Presenting project information to partner agents and serving as their primary point of contact.
3. Managing the sales process and providing support to partner agents as needed.
4. Negotiating commission rates and agency agreements with partner agents.
5. Coodinating events to promote projects and the Colliers brand.
Requirements:
* Agents Representative Certificate and/or Real Estate Licence
* Basic knowledge of the Melbourne property market and/or off-the-plan project sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, team-oriented attitude
