The Opportunity
Hype DC Canberra Outletis looking for an Assistant Store Manager who can bring energy, leadership and a passion for customer experience.
You'll support the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team while delivering the brand vision and driving commercial results.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating an engaged, high-performing team culture
Driving results in store
Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day
Coaching and developing your team to grow their skills
Leading recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
Executing Visual Merchandising and maintaining store standards
Supporting omni-channel operations including online order fulfilment
Ensuring a safe, inclusive and fun environment for team and customers
What You Bring
Experience as a Retail Store Manager / Assistant Manager
A passion for customer service and a track record of achieving KPIs
Strong coaching, communication and leadership skills
A proactive, "Make it Happen" mindset
The ability to think strategically and identify opportunities
Experience managing rosters and labour costs
