Develop and execute a structured client‑call plan, ensuring regular engagement with assigned accounts. Address and resolve customer issues related to sales activities. Collaborate with management to set sales targets and implement plans for promoting existing and new technologies. Maintain current knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends. Support multi‑product line initiatives and broader business development activities. Contribute to marketing strategies within the business line. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information in C4C, including profiles, org charts, visit reports, and key drivers. Build and execute approved sales plans for assigned accounts. Identify, qualify, and manage sales leads and opportunities. Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline in C4C. Monitor pricing structures and recommend adjustments or increases when needed. Support receivables management and ensure timely payment follow‑up. Provide input and justification for Audit to Optimise (A2O) site surveys. Work closely with Concept Solutions Engineering and the A2O team to deliver customer‑centric solutions. Serve as the focal point for local service partners (LSPs). Bachelor's degree or masters in engineering, 5-7 years of experience in sales or commercial roles (e.g., business development, tendering, sales support, customer service, product specialist). Strong background in process equipment, production facilities, or process engineering. Experience with oil and gas processing technologies is essential. EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning) experience in the Oil & Gas sector. Proven ability in client‑facing roles and account management; multi‑product line knowledge is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
